Our Breeding Program
Welcome to Vallecito Sport Horses LLC, where the pursuit of excellence for hunter/jumper disciplines guides all of our choices from stallion selection to training protocols. Our goal is to breed and develop horses with the perfect blend of athleticism, soundness and conformation and a solid work ethic riders can count on. We register our foals with the Belgian Warmblood Registry NAD, a performance-based registry that currently tops the world Jumper rankings.
Training
Our foals grow up at Sovereign Farms in Buckeye, AZ establishing the essential foundation for their future success. They thrive in the vast pastures of Sovereign Farms, enjoying the companionship of their peers. In their yearling, 2, and 3-year-old years, they continue their development at our training barn in Cave Creek, AZ, where they learn essential skills such as basic handling, groundwork, and eventually carry a rider. Our holistic program adapts with their age, incorporating a balanced mix of training, employing natural horsemanship techniques, and pasture time.
